Job Description

Organization: Billion Dollar IT MNC

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Aberdeen

Job Profile
. Open up new accounts in UK, for the Public Services, Retail and Oil & Gas domains
Drive Account opening strategies
. Develop, track and drive opportunities through the Sales life cycle with the operating groups
. Scope out with the operating groups and domain leads effective client projects
Respond to tender/RFP requests
. Identify potential leads independently (or with others) through networking & user circles.
. Develop relationships with potential buyers in the chosen Accounts.
. Generate client awareness and preference for the company and/or its services.
. Identify specific sales opportunities within Account/or targets.
Support/participate in any oral proposal activities, review written proposals.

Candidate Profile:
. Min. 5- 12 years in Sales and Business Development in an IT Services environment
Aggressive go getter with a passion for Hunting in an unstructured environment.
. Should have handled business in range of Euro 5-10 Million annually in his earlier assignment.
. Will be responsible for generating over Euro 5 -10 Million of Revenues annually. ( to start with) Strong IT services selling experience and preferably with Offshore outsourcing experience.
. Experience developing written proposals, presentations, and unique propositions
. Excellent written and oral communication skills,
. Comfortable interacting with C-level executives
