Brown Paper Tickets, the first and only fair trade ticketing service, is currently seeking to staff a brand-new bilingual (English / Spanish) office in Las Vegas!

Daily activities for this self-motivated position include:

- Taking calls from customers who wish to purchase tickets to events
- Taking calls from producers who wish to list their events with us
- Troubleshooting for customers and producers with complex requests
- Attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task
- Comfort working with a multi-line phone system, E-mail and instant messaging
- Attention to supply inventory
- Flexibility re: taking on other projects as needed
and a friendly and fun personal demeanor!

We will be conducting interviews this weekend: Friday, Saturday and Sunday only. In your cover letter, please include the shift you are interested in working and the times you will be available for a potential interview.
The hours we are looking to fill are as follows:

F/T - Mon - Fri: 8am - 4pm
F/T - Mon - Fri: 2pm - 10pm

P/T - Sat & Sun: 8am - 4pm
P/T - Sat & Sun: 2pm - 10pm
